QSL INFO AND NEWS
Activity by CT1GFK/P, CT1GPQ/P and CT2IHP/P over the past weekend was from Rata Island (Portuguese Islands Award - DIP AL-13). A full color QSL card is available. QSL via their home callsigns, direct or by the bureau. All information and online logs are on the Web page at:
http://adxg.sytes.net

Jean Michel/F6AJA and Yves/F6CYV have been QSL Manager for more than 15 years for some stations. The majority of the logs (75 logs, more than 240,000 QSOs) are now on the Web. Look for these logs on the Web page at:

http://LesNouvellesDX.free.fr

HV3SJ QSLS. John, K1XN (from the GoList), informs everyone that Steve, I0MWI, told him: "All the logs for this callsign have been destroyed. Any reported operation using this callsign is a PIRATE."

Alan, VK4AAR, informs OPDX that he has taken on the job of managing the QSL cards for 9V1DX (Alan). Please QSL direct ONLY with USDs (or IRCs ... but USDs are much preferred!). Card printing is currently being negotiated. VK4AAR's address is: A. Roocroft, POB 421, Gatton 4343, Australia.

John, K1XN (from the GoList), informs that Venco, Z36W, does not have a QSL Manager and states that he responds to all QSL requests for: Z36W, Z31JA, Z32JA and 4N5JA. Venco prefers direct with a SAE and 1 USD or 1 IRC, but the Bureau is okay. No E-QSL!!! Here is his correct postal address: Venco Stojcev, Ivo Lola Ribar 92, 2000 Stip, Macedonia.

T5/EI5C STATUS (The Final Word)
OPDX was informed that someone in Ireland has contacted the "last remaining member" of the T5/EI5C team and the word is "that they had verbal permission from an un-named officer to operate the station in T5 with the club call. They made QSOs and sent out QSLs but they never had any paperwork. The logs are also gone at this stage." YOU MAY FILE THIS CARD!

TI5, COSTA RICA (Update)
Operators Harry/AC8G, Ron/WA8LOW, W8ILC/Ron, Brian/KA7KUZ, Kecko/TI5KD, Tony/VE3RZ, Jorge/CX6VM, Ed/K1EP, Tom/ZP5AZL, Juan/ZP5MAL, Dale/N3BNA and Dave/WT8R will be manning the TI5N Contest station as a Multi-Multi entry in the CQWW SSB Contest, October 25-26th. QSL TI5N via W3HNK. For a day or two before and after the contest, the individual operators will be on then using TI5/own-callsign as time permits. Expect a higher level of CW and other non SSB modes on the contest bands due to the large SSB volume in the contest. Attention will also be directed to 6 meters and the WARC bands using various modes. QSLs for the individual QSOs should go to the callbook address unless advised otherwise. IMPORTANT: Do not mix the contest QSL with ones for the individual contacts.
