He will only accept requests with SASE with sufficient postage, etc. His Web page on QRZ.com confirms he wants no (zero) cards via the Bureau. The 4th Area QSL Bureau Manager informs that he get 15-20 cards each and every month for Carl, and has finally given up trying to get him to take the QSLs. He won't even send any envelopes to the Bureau for his callsign. The Bureau Manager states that he is even seeing 2nd and 3rd requests sent to Carl, so don't waste your QSLs.

TI9, COCOS ISLAND
Dima, RA9USU, is now active as TI9/RA9USU from Cocos
Island, since early last week and will be there for only a few more days
(possibly July 25th or later). This is not a DXpedition and Jorge, TI2HMJ,
is there with him. Both operators are there helping island staff update/
renew vital communications so activity is dependent on free time. Dima
is mainly the operator on the air using mostly CW. Jorge has been on the
air, but very little and operating SSB. As this was being written/updates,
activity has been on 40/30/20 meters. QSL TI9/RA9USU via UA3DX.
ZF, CAYMAN ISLANDS
Henning, OZ1BII, will once again be active as ZF2EE
from George Town, Cayman Islands (NA-016), between August 7-9th. Activity
will be on 160-10 meters, including the 30/17/12m bands and mainly CW using
an Elecraft K3 w/100w into Cushcraft R6 vertical and a 110 ft Long Wire.
He plans to be in the Worked All European DX CW Contest as Single-Op/All-
Band/Low-power entry from the ZF1A clubstation. He plans to work non-EU
stations before and after the contest. QSL via OZ1BII, by the Bureau or
LoTW. For more details and updates, visit:
