3D2, CONWAY REEF (Update)
Members of the World-Wide DX Group will be active as 3D2C from Conway Reef between September 24th and October 5th. Their primary objective is to provide as many DXers as possible with a "new one" with this rare DXCC entity and, as a secondary objective, to give as many band-slots as possible. They would like to focus on European contacts which is the most difficult area to work especially during those periods when propagation is possible, so they ask that JA and North America to stand-buy during those periods. Activity will be on 160-2 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY, SSTV and PSK31. See OPDX.1045 for suggested frequencies. Currently, the Multi-national team consists of 15 operators: Hrane/YT1AD (Leader), Alex/UA4HOX (Co-Leader), Paul/N6PSE (PR & Co-Leader), Dave/AH6HY, David/WD5COV, Vasily/RW4NW, Alan/K6SRZ (Team Physician), Alan/AD6E, Sergej/RZ3FW, Craig/K9CT, Stanislav/LZ1CG, George/N6NKT, Alexander/RW3RN, Peter/PY5CC and Mike/K6MKF. QSL Manager is YT1AD. There will be an OQRS available for direct and Bureau QSL cards. They expect to upload their logs to ClubLog on a daily basis. PLEASE NOTE: They are seeking support from Foundations, Clubs and individuals for this DXpedition. Details are available at:
